Remember those songs from your childhood that your parents used to bang out over and over again through out the house, and now whenever you hear it you get a fuzzy feeling of warmth and love and have adopted the habit of keeping your finger on replay?
Maggie May (among others) is one of them for me. Gotta love young Rod Stewart, fresh from Faces stardom, starting to release solo tunes circa 1971, playing with his band and one of his best friends, Ronnie Wood. Red Velvet.
